云海市民委干部越永强上任第一天,就碰上了从新疆来寻找失散丈夫的维吾尔族妇女阿拉木罕。为了解决丈夫库尔班与西北拉面馆马老板在生意上的纠纷,阿拉木罕和儿女们只好在云海市住下来。为了做好城市民族工作,越永强把阿拉木罕一家当做自己的亲人相交相识,并与民族美食街的邻居们,云南名茶店白族妇女杨水兰、丈夫扎西茨仁汉族朋友王电脑,以及东方民族村演艺公司的佤族演员桑嘎,公司副总经理赫哲族干部乌克定等人一起,经历了建设民族美食一条街、东方民族园二期扩建工程、边疆扶贫等大起大落的波折,在人情悲欢和快乐幽默的日常生活里中,结为谁也离不开谁的一家人。。盛世嘉园社区居委会主任夏慧兰,她乐于助人,小区发生的跳楼事件,让她意外发现有传销组织藏身于社区中,在工商和公安部门均没有证据、无法揪出幕后黑手的时候,夏慧兰救人心切,决定铤而走险,潜伏到传销组织中去。 夏慧兰的聪明才智使得自己很快掌握了相关证据,公安局副局长王大德、社区物业公司经理武国强、报社记者唐梅均在小区外密切关注,与夏慧兰里应外合,同时这件事情也引起了杨市长的关注。可夏惠兰万万没想到,随着她不断逼近传销组织高层就要成功之际,另一桩尘封已久的往事也被揭开—杨市长竟是自己当初的恋人。 最后在各方共同的努力下,终于破了这桩传销大案。让夏慧兰自己万万没有想到的是,幸福工程最大的幕后黑手竟是自己失散多年的亲生儿子—唐刚。最终,唐刚本人受到了法律的制裁,社区中的传销组织幸福工程也被一网打尽,西林大破传销案。随后,国家相关机构也将传销正式立法,夏慧兰,则成了反传销的斗士!。The subtitle of Jean-Marie Straub and Danièle Huillet’s first feature, from 1965, “Only Violence Helps Where Violence Reigns,” suggests the fierce political program evoked by their rigorous aesthetic. The pretext of the film, set in Cologne, is Heinrich Böll’s novel “Billiards at Half Past Nine,” which they strip down to a handful of stark events and film with a confrontational angularity akin to Bartók’s music that adorns the soundtrack. The subtlest of cues accompany the story’s complex flashbacks. The middle-aged Robert Fähmel tells a young hotel bellhop of persecutions under the Third Reich| his elderly father, Heinrich, an architect famed for a local abbey, recalls the militarism of the First World War, when his wife, Johanna, incurred trouble for insulting the Kaiser. A third-generation Fähmel is considering architecture, just as the exiled brother of Robert’s late wife, returns, only to be met by their former torturer, now a West German official taking part in a celebratory parade of war veterans. Straub and Huillet make the layers of history live in the present tense, which they judge severely. The tamped-down acting and the spare, tense visual rhetoric suggest a state of moral crisis as well as the response—as much in style as in substance—that it demands.。
