夜晚中，当一位女性的歌声响起时，就意味着有人将会被杀害。第二天，街上将会有许多人的头颅悬挂在那里。这个杀人凶手名叫玉罗刹（郑佩佩饰），他专门杀害姓阎的人。在一家客栈中，一位名叫徐英豪（唐菁饰）的侠客正准备去寻找仇人石勇山（谷峰饰），为自己被杀父的仇报仇。偶然间，他遇到了化名为冷秋寒的玉罗刹。 徐英豪问他为何要杀光阎家的人，玉罗刹回答说：阎家兄弟共有20人，我不知道具体谁杀死了我的整个家族，但肯定有一个是凶手。二人分手之后，徐英豪来到了石家庄，遇到了一个自称石勇山的醉汉，徐英豪举起手中的斧头就砍了下去，醉汉当场丧命。众乡亲听到了声音赶来，告诉徐英豪他杀错了人，真正的石勇山早已搬走。徐英豪发誓从此封剑，不再杀戮。。Heavily influenced by the ghostly series THE KINGDOM, the sleepwalker Karen seeks answers to the unresolved questions of the series in order to save the hospital from doom.
