通过讲述乡村青年的创业经历，反映当下东北乡村青年的时代精神。该片展示了大众创业、万众创新的时代背景下，乡村青年杨钉回乡创业的故事，真实地反映了当下东北乡村青年的创业思考和生活状态。剧中主人公杨钉在城里打拼多年，一直怀有一颗创业之心，以回报村里的乡亲父老。他带着这个梦想和感恩的心，回到农村创业。。1976年，一个心灰意冷的英国人来到分裂的阿根廷一所学校工作，当他从海滩上救起一只孤儿企鹅时，发现自己的生活发生了改变。。The film was written and directed by Stuart Urban, and commissioned to mark the tenth anniversary of the Falklands War. The film was closely based on the historical record, and all of the major incidents portrayed were drawn from contemporary accounts by those who took part. Filming took place on the Falkland Islands and at Ealing Studios. Urban is a fluent Spanish-speaker, and plays an uncredited role as the Argentine radio operator.。
